219. Officers and employees acting as agents of foreign principals
(a) Whoever, being a public official, is or acts as an agent of a foreign principal required to register under the Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938 or a lobbyist required to register under the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995 in connection with the representation of a foreign entity, as defined in section 3(6) of that Act shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for not more than two years, or both.
(c) For the purpose of this section "public official" means Member of Congress, Delegate, or Resident Commissioner, either before or after he has qualified, or an officer or employee or person acting for or on behalf of the United States, or any department, agency, or branch of Government thereof, including the District of Columbia, in any official function, under or by authority of any such department, agency, or branch of Government.
The UNITED STATES, which includes the 50 States resides in the District of Columbia in which the United States is a DEBTOR as shown under Article 9 of the UCC.
The united states of America, which includes the 50 States, is not the UNITED STATES per Title 28, § 3002, (C)(15), which resides in the District of Columbia and in which the United States is a DEBTOR as shown under Article 9 of the UCC.
Because ALL Government entities of the UNITED STATES ALL reside in the District of Columbia being the place of their home office, that makes all government entities and all of its officers and employees all FOREIGN to all the people who do not reside in the District of Columbia, or the people who dwell upon the united states of America.
That makes all of the Private people of the UNITED STATES all FOREIGN PRINCIPALS that all government Officers and employees ARE AND DO ACT as an AGENT of a We the Private People of the united states of America, all being FOREIGN PRINCIPALS!
The UNITED STATES which includes the 50 States resides in the District of Columbia in which the United States is a DEBTOR as shown under Article 9 of the UCC.
All public officers and employees which includes all attorneys are all Foreign Agents who IS OR ACTS as an AGENT of YOU a FOREIGN PRINCIPAL.
They all have a sworn duty to protect and defend the interest of the United States which includes all interests in the registered organization Name that you USE that the State has issued you their certified copy of their legal title of that Name the State merely calls the Certificate of Live Birth.
